I have now had several appointments with the venesection clinic. At each visit I have always been seen to on time. Staff are always pleasant and courteous.

I particularly want to mention a nurse called Cian who put me at my ease.  I am sure that this helped to lower my blood pressure which I know can  be higher than normal if I am nervous.

Sticking needles in my veins usually makes me nervous.
