I recently attempted to book an in-person GP appointment at Broad Street Health Centre due to a medical concern. However, the receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive, insisting I go to a pharmacy instead, despite my explaining that a private doctor had advised me to see a GP. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling disregarded.
I found it frustrating that the process for raising issues was not clear, requiring additional effort and time.
I hope the surgery can review this matter and improve the way patients are treated.
