I really enjoy coming here every week because I like building friendships with the staff and the other service users. 

The staff are always on hand if you need anything and is always open to suggestions.
We always do and have fun activities here from playing games to knitting or just enjoying each others company and having casual chit chat with tea and biscuit. Rosebank is always clean and tidy thanks to all the staff who help make it the best place to come too.
I think it is brilliant place to come but the one thing that needs attention is the Wi-Fi issues to get sorted so that we can use our iPads or watch something on the big screen together as a group as the wifi is very poor right now.

Hi,

My name is Ally and I manage the Older Persons Day Care Service in East Ayrshire. Its great to hear your experience in Rosebank is so positive and that you find the surroundings a clean and pleasant place to come to. I am also pleased that you find we have a good range of activities on offer.

Your comment about the Wi-fi needing attention is absolutely accurate - we are well aware of the issues with this. We have been trying to resolve this but the issue appears to be a lack of fibre optic broadband in the area where the centre is situated. We are working with the internet service provider to remedy this and hope to see improvements soon. Thanks very much for highlighting this and for all your feedback.
