"No one ever answers the phone"

My hearing aid has stopped working, I’ve called the helpline to make an appointment but no one ever answers the phone, just tells me I’m 1st in the queue but that’s it, no one answers.

If your hearing aid needs urgent attention, you’re also welcome to drop it off (including your contact details) at the Audiology Department at University Hospital Hairmyres, and we’ll take a look as soon as we can.
