I like coming to Rosebank because the staff are great and there is good food. The staff are really receptive and constantly on the go and I know if I have a problem I can speak to any member of staff or advocacy. 

I think if the staff could maybe wear more colourful clothing/uniform because the one they have right now is not very pretty and colourful. I think having nicer uniform would make it nicer and brighter in here.

The food is really good here and the menu choices are very good. I like having a choice for food. Everything is great here the only thing I would change is the staff uniform.

Hi,

My name is Ally and I manage the Older Persons Day Care Service in East Ayrshire. I'm glad you enjoy the meals and that you know who to go to if you have an issue.

We will consider your suggestion about the staff uniform - we currently have a stock of these so any change will not be imminent. However, I can think of other benefits of a more colourful/bright uniform (people with low vision or cognitive impairments etc.), so your suggestion definitely warrants further consideration.
