When I came to jail I was anxious and nervous and struggling with my addiction.
Rob came for a chat which really helped. He gave me activity packs and distraction packs etc which really helped.
He also opened my eyes to try reading and learning about addiction.
I think Rob is an amazing mentor and praise him for working with me, also thank him for doing so now!
I feel great and I feel I have a weight off my shoulders.
