"Wonderful Staff"

I checked in for an Anthroscopy of the shoulder and from the receptionist who checked me in through to the theatre nurse that walked me back to the reception area on discharge all the staff were lovely. Everything was explained to me as to what was happening and I felt all the staff cared about the patients. I was given lots of literature to read about my operation and aftercare which I found very helpful. Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend Fulwood Hall to anyone.
