We got referred to pau by urgent care at bridgewater due to my daughter having a bad foot/ankle and I’ve got to say the care we received from start to finish was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
Sarah was my daughters favourite, she even spent the time to play with her. We were offered drinks which shocked me and my partner, we are originally from Bristol and have never experienced visiting a hospital and getting the level of care we did.
Both doctors were amazing too.

It was really lovely to open my emails and see the wonderful care opinion you have left, thank you so much for taking the time to write to us.
We are really lucky to have Sarah as part of our team here on the Children's unit, and I'm so please that you all felt so well cared for while you were in PAU. I hope your daughter is feeling much better.
