"I was looked after and kept informed"

About: Community Health and Primary Care Services / NHS Tayside GP Out of Hours Service Neurology / Ward 23B - Surgical Neurology

(as the patient),

I attended Out of Hours in Perth with severe back pain and was looked after by Kirsty, she went above and beyond to help me.

I was referred to Neurosurgery Ward 23b at Ninewells and was seen by 2 lovely nurses, Wendy and Stevie I think her name was. I then saw Michael, and he was second to none.

From the moment I arrived at 4:45pm at PRI to the time I left Ninewells at 10pm, I was looked after and kept informed. I was reassured that there was nothing sinister going on and feel like I was listened to.

Massive thank you to all staff involved in my care.

In times when the NHS staff are run off their feet they didn't make me feel rushed or like I was any issue. Well done everyone.
