"What a fantastic service"

About: Sidwell Street Clinic / NHS Walk-in Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter suffered a head injury a few weeks ago and although she was checked at the time and felt fine after the first few days this weekend she has been suffering with feeling faint, dizzy and like her heartrate was dropping. She has autism and has awful health anxiety and this has caused her a very stressful weekend so we went to Sidwell St WIC.

After a bit of a wait we saw Louise who was incredible. She was patient and thorough, she calmed my daughter, did all of her observations and took the time to reassure her without once making us feel rushed, this made all of the difference as we left the WIC and my daughter had gone from feeling like she was going to die to being confident she was going to live…what a fantastic service…thanks Louise
