About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Acute assessment unit

(as the patient),

I was in diabetic ketoacidosis where my blood sugars were 42 and ketones were 4.1. I was in A&E for 16 hours before getting moved to the Acute Assessment Unit where the staff Maddy and Louise were so caring and made me feel at home and helping me whenever I needed it

I’m recovering well Pam thanks to the staff who helped me. I will forever be grateful for the high quality of care I got!
