My son fell off his bike and broke his wrist. Doctor was lovely but I didn't catch his name but massive shout out to the nurse who looked after him Amy... amazing, outstanding, compassionate, just all round lovely.
I have come across many of nurse in my time with my son having open access to a children's ward and while the majority have been good experiences very few have blown me away with how amazing they are.
