"An excellent experience"

Because I live on the Isle of Man, every consideration was made to give telephone consultations to avoid expensive travel. Pre-op was on the Monday before the procedure on Tuesday, and I was out of hospital on Wednesday, and flew home four days after the operation for the inguinal hernia. The consultant discharged me four weeks later by phone. The whole team and the hospital itself were superb! There was good communication at all stages, and everyone was friendly and professional. The operation achieved exactly what was intended and has made a dramatic difference to my general health. I enjoyed the experience!
