I attended Minor Injuries Unit at Downe Hospital early May with a facial injury following a fall. I was promptly assessed and put at ease by the staff on duty.
The wounds were cleaned and dressed and and an appointment made to see the specialists as it was a deep wound. The level of care and compassion from the staff was exceptional!
A truly wonderful service provided by dedicated and professional staff!

Thank you for telling us of your experience when you attended the Minor Injuries unit in the Downe hospital. It is good to hear how well you were cared for by the staff. The Downe Minor Injuries Unit provide an excellent service for the local community and are a great team. I will share your comments with the team who will appreciate them very much.
