About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

Amy was so thorough, kind and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. She listened to what I had to say and she kindly examined something on my body that I was concerned about and then talked with a colleague to make sure and reassure me and then gave me some medication for it.

I feel very grateful that we have such an amazing service that helps to keep us safe and well. Thank you Amy and thank you to the service as a whole.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.

Thank you for the lovely response to your treatment you received here at Devon Sexual Health. We do pride ourselves on striving to improve the quality of service for our patients and it's wonderful that you found Amy's professionalism and kindness welcome enough to respond in such a way. Listening is one of the most important qualities and an openness to find extra input from a colleague so important to quality patient care.
