"Caring, thorough and professional throughout"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I attended University Hospital Monklands with ankle pain struggling to walk. Nurse Practitioner Gaynor assessed me, requested X-ray and diagnosed torn ligaments. I was given a support boot and crutches. I would like to thank Nurse Practitioner Gaynor who was caring, thorough and professional throughout my diagnosis and treatment
