About: Enhanced Care / Acute Care at Home

(as a relative),

The acute care at home team have just given us the most wonderful service.  My husband became very ill so the doctor came out and gave us a referral for the team.  They came out and in half a day they had taken blood tests, arranged a portable CT scan, checked his statistics.  They rang that evening to let me know what was happening and again the next morning to keep me informed.  This assistance gave me relief and reassurance throughout that time and put my mind at rest.
