About: Doncaster - Community Nurses / Community Nursing - Central

(as the patient),

I have very poor health and am terminally ill with paggetts disease, however the nurses telephone and check up on me every week. 

I find these consultations very rewarding and positive, they keep a very good eye on me and address any problems I may be having - it is a magnificent service and helps me a lot through this crisis in my life.  Outstanding service.  Thank you for monitoring me.
