(as a service user),

My daughter was seen in PAU during a nasty sickness bug. Nurses Vicky and Sarah were so kind and reassured us throughout. Seeing your child unwell is such a worrying time, we couldn’t fault the care we were given by the nursing and medical team. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such lovely feedback via care opinion following your recent visit to PAU.

We know how worrying it can be when your child is poorly and needs to come in to hospital, I'm so pleased that you felt so well cared for.

We are incredibly lucky to have Vicky and Sarah as a part of the team here on the Children's unit, and I will make sure that I pass your lovely feedback on to both of them and the whole team here on Paediatrics.

I hope your daughter is feeling much better now that you are at home.
