"Attentive and understanding"

About: Health – Children’s Services / Family Nurse Partnership - South

(as a service user),

I became pregnant when I was 20 and was assigned a family nurse due to my age. My family nurse, Jill, has been there for me and my little one since the very start which has been extremely helpful when needing advice or just to set my mind at ease.

She is attentive and understanding, over the last year and a bit I have loved having Jill there and has really became a strong role model in not only my life but my daughters

Hi Caroline75,

Thank you so much for this lovely Care Opinion post about your Family Nurse, Jill, and the Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) programme.

We try to ensure that all clients and children feel nurtured, on their FNP journey, and it sounds like you really value the therapeutic relationship between yourself and your Family Nurse.

We are pleased that you, and your child, have benefited from the FNP the programme, and wish you both all the best for the rest of the time that you have with us.

We will ensure that your kind thoughts are shared with Jill.

Kind regards,

Joanna Dempsey & Debbie Mycek
