(as the patient),

I have recently been attending Outpatients and Oncology at Forth Valley Royal and am so grateful to the staff who are all welcoming, friendly and professional.  Everyone from my Consultant to the Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Specialist Nurse, Pharmacist, nursing and domestic staff have provided exemplary care.  

I’m so grateful for the speed at which I have been investigated, diagnosed and treated.  My care has been person-centred throughout and I am in awe of all the Departments who have harnessed their efforts to help me:  Labs, Phlebotomy Clinic and Radiography.  Thank you so much.
