"What a great experience"

About: Emergency Medicine / Minor Injuries Unit NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

I had such a great experience today. NHS24 dealt with my call quickly and within 1 hour I had spoken to a nurse and Aberdeen hospital and had an appointment to go in. The nurse/physio called Laura who helped me at the minor injuries unit was patient and helpful. I was in and out in just over an hour. I wanted to be sure to share how grateful I am for everyone working in the NHS and what a great experience I had.

I am delighted to hear that you had a great experice with NHS24 & the Minor Injury Unit in the Emergency Department. It sounds like the whole process from phone call to attendance and assessment was quick and efficient. We are lucky to have such a great service.
