"All in all a really positive experience"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Minor Injury Unit

(as the patient),

I had a nasty fall whilst out for a run, sustained a deep wide gash above my knee cap & very painful shoulder. Mark, the ENP who cared for me was excellent. He was professional, friendly & technically proficient. He told me what he was going to do at every step & made me feel safe & cared for.

Every member of staff I met was wearing a name badge & introduced themselves

The environment was so much better than in the previous MIUs I went to & diagnostic & medical support was directly on hand if needed.

All in all a really positive experience- thank you!

Hi Limjr47

Thank you for providing feedback of your experience when you attended the Minor injuries unit at the Ulster Hospital. It is good to hear how well Mark cared for you and the high standard of care provided. I will share your comments with the team and Mark who will appreciate them.

I hope you are recovering well from your injuries and are back running again in no time.

Best wishes

Jenny
