My Father came to Ninewells hospital at the beginning of April. He had issues around replacing his catheter at home and required specialist help. The Doctor who attended to him from the Urology department was Dr Chizozie (not sure if that is spelt correctly).
It turned out to be more complicated than expected and involved an operation to flush the bladder and fit a catheter through his abdomen.
Throughout the evening the Doctor kept me informed about all that was happening. He was very attentive and caring towards myself and my 90+ year old father. He called me at home twice during the night to keep me up to date with what he was doing and how my father was coping.
Really exceptional care in my opinion and I am so very grateful to Dr Chizozie for all he did for my father, who is making a remarkable recovery considering his age.
