"An outstanding nurse"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Gynaecology (Ward 49)

(as the patient),

Staff nurse Jacqueline was overall an outstanding credit to the hospital. She made me feel so comfortable and welcoming and made me feel at ease with everything that was happening. 

This woman is an angel and deserve the recognition 100% 

I want to thank the NHS staff at the QEUH ward 49, but especially Jacqueline.

our fantastic nurse in Ward 49.

Being described as "an angel" and "overall an outstanding credit to the hospital" is praise indeed and deserves 100% recognition.

I am delighted to hear she made you feel comfortable, welcoming and at ease as this is the standard of service we wish to deliver.
