I was able to get an appointment with the Gp within a couple of days and reception were very able to assist. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by the practice manager in the waiting area and also the female practice Gp who were both friendly, making me feel at ease. My consultation was with the female locum who I feel really listened to me and genuinely cared. Putting my mind at ease and was completely understanding of my mental health needs. Referral was handled quickly and I now await further investigations. Very pleased with the service from this surgery.
