(as the patient),

I had this procedure which went very smoothly. The team were very reassuring and it was painless. Dr Erdal was extremely kind, fitting me in when I explained that I was going to be away working for 5 months. Everything was explained well to me. The nurses Pauline and Sarah were very kind and professional. The whole experience was the NHS at its very best.
