"Spotlessly clean"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Acute Medical Unit

(as a service user),

Was admitted to the ward via my GP.  From the moment I arrived the staff were all wonderful and a real credit to the hospital.  The porters that chatted to me in reception while waiting for a bed, the HCAs, nurses and doctors were all so friendly and took time to listen to me and learn something about an illness they don’t often across.

My room was spotlessly clean and regularly checked by the cleaning team. Special thanks to Jhiong (sorry if I have spent it wrong) who looked after me the first night - she took her time to explain everything that was going to happen and answer my questions about my stay.
