"I feel more confident in myself"

About: Rotherham CAMHS / Getting Help

(as the patient),

I struggled with my mental health for 3 years and currently being tested for Autism. I overthink everything and take a lot to heart. I got forwarded to CAHMS from my school.

I felt very lost and alone in all of my struggles. I started college and i started to see a lady from CAHMS once a week. This continued for 9 weeks. Now i feel more confident in myself and happier. I still have my bad days but everyone does and thats ok. Its ok not to be ok!
