Having initially waited over 5 hours and 2 telephone calls to NHS 111 who were supposed to call me back with an hour I think they missed me on the list
I eventually got an appointment with urgent care waited a few minutes to be seen by the best doctor I have ever seen and I am a pensioner
He was so helpful and understanding and the best bedside manner I could have ever wished for
He explained everything clearly and prescribed medication which was sent to my local Asda ready for collection on the way home can not fault this service however the waiting time without a 111 appointment was 3/4 hours so always go through them
