"Very patient receptionist"

About: Weeping Cross Health Centre

I observed really careful, really patient explanation being given to an elderly patient in front of me in the queue. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble - I was really impressed - and encouraged, because it may not be very long before I shall need that kind of care myself! I do know the name of the receptionist, and would be happy to share it with you - but I don't believe I'm allowed to say in this document.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about the service you witnessed.

I know the reception team always try to provide high standards of care for our patients and it is always nice when that makes a little difference.

If you can email or contact the practice with the individuals name I will pass on the feedback directly. However, I will also share your comments more generally so the whole team is aware.
