"You can't get in touch"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Respiratory Team

(as the patient),

I have found Bromley Healthcare's respiratory dept terrible regarding getting in contact.

They arbitarily get in touch to give an appt date, but if you need to ring them to change it, tough luck. You can't get in touch. The phones are not manned & there is never a reply.

You can't even leave a message because there is no answering services, So, the appt gets cancelled. Then you get a letter saying if you don't call us, we'll sign you off.
