"My experience was fantastic"

(as the patient),

I feel compelled to write about my experience at TGH urgent care department, my heart sank as I walked in the waiting room was packed so I thought I was in for a long wait.

On the contrary, my experience was fantastic . I booked in, sat down, was just about to settle down to read, when I was called in for my first triage.

I was then sent to x-ray, sat down briefly and went and had my x-ray, went back to the main waiting area, was called in to see the Nurse practitioner, was treated for a minor fracture and was ready to go home. The whole experience took less than  an hour.

All the staff were wonderful, efficient friendly and hard working  Thank you.
