(as a service user),

Following surgery at another hospital three days previously,  my husband needed urgent medical assistance at Causeway A&E. Under extreme pressure, as always, my husband's pain and cause of the pain, were alleviated.

Every single member of staff we dealt with were kind, caring courteous and extremely helpful. From the lovely lady on Reception right through to the Doctors, Nurses and Auxiliary Nurses. Special mention must go to Aki, Vince and John.

It was a very long night for us,  but especially my husband, and we really appreciate the care we were both shown. Well done everyone.

My name is Victoria McCrory and I am the Assistant Clinical Services Manager for Causeway ED. I am sorry to hear that your husband has recently been unwell and had to attend ED for assessment and treatment.

I am delighted to hear that whilst in ED you found staff kind, caring and courteous, noting your appreciation for all staff who encountered your husband during his time in the department.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this positive feedback and acknowledging the pressures staff face. I will ensure this feedback is shared with all staff within the department, and I know they will appreciate same.

I hope your husband continues to make a strong recovery.
