Based on my personal experience attending Mill House in Uxbridge over several years, I have found the care to be unsatisfactory.
I've felt that during appointments, some doctors appeared rushed and I didn't always feel properly listened to. I've seen multiple doctors over this period and feel my treatment plan hasn't adequately addressed my needs, with what seems like a focus on medication rather than exploring other options.
I experience significant anxiety before appointments due to my previous experiences.
