Unfortunately my experience is the same as other patients’ below. In short, this practice makes it impossible to get an appointment.
Last year (?)their appointment booking app went “offline” with no explanation or communication. I checked back this week and it’s still not working. It has been months! My assumption is the clinic changed ownership, didn’t want to pay for the online app, so then just cancelled it and didn’t tell patients nor find an online triage service. Disgusting behaviour!
When I have managed to call up, I had a foot issue, which meant I can’t walk. The receptionist tells me to come in the next morning to line up to get an appointment because calling is deprioritised. But I can’t even walk! Lacking common sense and empathy.
After reading similar horrible experiences from other patients, NHS should investigate this clinic as it’s clear they are not delivering services at basic standards and expectations.
