I attended the practice this week and I was unsure where I had to wait for the nurse. I approached a member of reception staff who had just arrived at work. She stopped what she was doing smiled and directed me to the appropriate place. Excellent practice. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Made to feel welcome. I would highly recommend this practice to all.
