"Great care and compassion"

I want to say a huge thank you to Ward 15 at the Borders General hospital for the care they showed my son. From Laura (bank staff nurse) who showed great care and compassion towards my son during his time in ward 15 to the anaesthetist Vanessa, who made my son feel at ease with his general anaesthetic and the whole process, Emma from theatre recovery who put matching stickers on his Freddy bear which he loved, Connor the porter who was so friendly towards my son and lastly to the dental team, Martin & Claire, thank you so much for your kind service and aftercare, you are exceptional. The personalised letter for the Tooth Fairy is such a great symbol to make children feel at ease and shows understanding of what can be important to some children. I think a lady called Carol had invented this letter Claire had said, absolutely outstanding idea. Thank you all again.
