I would like to use this platform to express my thanks and gratitude to all who have cared for my dad throughout the last few years.
Firstly to the GPs at great James street. Nothing was ever troublesome for them and everything was done in a timely manor.
To the mental health team who helped manage dads dementia - thank you!
Out of hours whom on the weekend that dad took unwell ensured it was dealt with quickly.
Lastly I want to emphasise my sincere thanks to the district nurses who visited daily, Orla & sharon who administered the syringe driver - they explained every step and what we could expect with such professionalism and patience for all our question’s. We will never be able to repay the kindness shown to us from all professions. Thank you all.
