Am waiting on kidney biopsy results and found a text about an appointment. I can’t do this and after a long queue (35) got told to ring a different number
Got through to explain I was not here and could results be given by phone - turns out this is a radiotherapy appointment. Nice way to find out you have cancer. Is this how it works at Royal Free?
No explanation; no Dr - nothing. Am lost. If anyone reads this - hopefully they will look at their lists.
