Hi I am Jo the Manager for the Team. Firstly can I thank you for taking the time to complete the Care Opinion form following your recent engagement with the team. It was a real pleasure to read your positive feedback in regard to your patient journey with the team. As a team we like to think that we offer our patients a kind, empathic and supportive approach towards their personalised treatment and care package whilst engaging with the service. As we do appreciate that at times this journey can be quite emotive and anxiety provoking especially when discussing your personal symptoms and the impact they have had upon you for a long period of time. Good luck with the rest of your journey.
