"Melanoma"

About: Ninewells Hospital / Clinical Genetics Perth Royal Infirmary / General Outpatients Department

(as a service user),

The skin clinic at my GP surgery identified a few suspect moles. I was referred to dermatology within 7 days and was seen one week later. A further week on, the moles were removed!! Fantastic service.

Both moles turned out to be melanoma.

As part of the service, I was referred to genetics due to a family history of skin cancer. Fantastic service once again!
