"All professionals have been exemplary"

About: Cancer Services / Radiotherapy

(as the patient),

Firstly, all professionals involved with my recent diagnosis as well as getting the diagnosis, have been exemplary. From the top consultants and their registrar, junior doctors and specialists colorectal nursing staff and their teams of support workers and clerical staff. Buildings, parking and hospital rooms, scanners and treatment rooms and equipment were all in fantastic condition. Everyone involved has been very welcoming and with a huge smile that makes me feel I’m in the right place for my best outcome.

At the radiotherapy department it was Bob and Jackie mainly that made you feel everything was as expected and they are fantastic with all patients and go the extra mile.

Dear Big Flash, thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience of our Radiotherapy Department. My name is Bob, one of the Support Workers you kindly mention, thank you.

It is really pleasing to hear that you have been provided with exemplary care from diagnosis onwards and that you have been made to feel comfortable in our department with the help of Jacqui. I will pass on your kind words to all.

On behalf of everyone here, I hope you benefit from your treatments and wish you well for the future.

Kind regards... Bob
