It took me 9 attempts over 5 hours to book an X ray at Ripley - once I had booked it, I then realised I had a double booked so I needed to change it.
5 more rings later, seconds after coming off the phone, it just rings and rings.........again to no avail.
I appreciate every one is busy, but this means of booking an appointment is a total joke (if only it were funny)
