While the initial clinical staff were courteous and efficient, the consultation with the attending GP was extremely disappointing. The doctor was dismissive, spoke in an aggressive tone, and refused to address the key symptoms or review test results as expected. Instead of offering care or solutions, the focus shifted to unsolicited opinions about a prescribed medication, with no interest in the actual reason for the visit. The manner was unprofessional and lacked empathy. Patients deserve to be listened to and treated with respect, especially when referred by NHS services. This experience was unacceptable and needs to be formally reviewed to ensure better care standards in future.
