This surgery has been less than satisfactory.

Poor communication between GPs and Pharmacy, frequently not putting my script through or withholding scripts until a med review can be done but with unavailable appointments the wait

without scripts is too long. This has a heavy impact on individuals who require daily doses of their medication.

Plus declining my valid review automatically is poor.
