"Serious Issue Ignored"

Whilst I am grateful for my GPs expertise, a recent event means I downgrade my review. I feel that a serious issue has not addressed, which led to a patient being left when the practice closed. No advice was given to where to go for the negative thoughts and getting control of mental health. The team knew the distress but hung up and did nothing to redirect patient and that had a catastrophic impact on the patient. Regardless of what caused the patient's state of mind, the patient was clearly now struggling to cope and survive over a weekend. No patient should be left like this. I don't believe the patient has been listened to about this particular point. Very disappointing.
