"Extremely understanding"

I had an audiology follow up to recently provided hearing aids for tinnitus. I was very pleased with the experience overall, however on returning home I had a query about the setup of the aids. On calling NDDH audiology I was advised I should return but given I live near Bude, this would mean a several hour trip back. Gemma was extremely understanding and offered an appointment today at my local community hospital. This resolved all issues and therefore special thanks to Gemma and in addition my gratitude to all involved.
