Have had an ongoing renal cancer issue and need biopsy results.
No chance of being rung - instead get automated appointments for a f2f
I’ve explained a few times that am away on a given couple of days but to no avail. No one seems to listen. I just want my results
Is there a complete absence of common sense - can no one just pick up the phone to see when is best to call?
