About: General practices in Lanarkshire

(as a service user),

I called the reception staff at Waverly Medical Practice to enquire about a prescription. I spoke with John who was very polite and helpful. I have had other family members who have also had dealings with John and all have nothing but praise for his professional attitude. 

Please can the practice manager acknowledge this young gentleman for his professional and caring manner.

Thank you for sharing your experience of your GP practice.

I am delighted to hear that you found John to be polite and helpful. Knowing others who also have received excellent service from John must be very reassuring for you when you need to contact them.

Unfortunately GP practices are not registered on Care Opinion and therefore cannot respond to feedback about them. Please can I ask that you contact the practice manager to pass on this lovely feedback and ensure it reaches John.
